Quality Control Laboratory

Our facilities host an array of testing equipment to support the many processes and services we provide. We are ISO9001, A2LA and GM accredited.

Instrumentation includes:

  • Atomic absorption unit
  • Thickness testing equipment
  • Torque Tension Testing with Computer-modeling capability
  • Salt Spray Cabinets
  • Environmental Test Chambers

Our research and development effort is also headquartered in Sterling Heights, MI. Various programs designed to assist our customer in refining difficult applications are conducted on an ongoing basis.

Our Laboratory is accredited to perform many tests including Torque and Torque Tension(to 300ft-lb), Salt Fog, Coating Thickness Electromagnetic, Coating Weight Gravimetric and pH of Aqueous Solutions. Our approved test methods include Chrysler PS7902, PS5873, PS10378, PS11036, Ford WZ101, GM4435M CodeG, 9064p, 7113M, 7114M, 9084P, GMW3179 Code G, 3359, SAE/USCAR 10, 11.
